Every BMU we build goes through detailed structural calculations specific to the building it's meant for — roof loading, wind exposure, cradle capacity and travel path all need to be worked out precisely, because there's very little tolerance for error when the equipment is suspending workers dozens of floors up. Safety systems including overload sensors, anti-tilt devices and emergency descent mechanisms are non-negotiable parts of every unit we deliver.
Installation of a BMU is a project in itself, usually coordinated with the building's construction or renovation timeline. Our team works alongside the building's structural engineers to make sure the mounting and travel rail system integrates properly with the roof design, rather than being retrofitted awkwardly after the fact.
