As more cities across India see high-rise construction pick up, the demand for proper building maintenance units has grown right alongside it, since facade upkeep on a tall structure simply isn't practical without dedicated access equipment. We manufacture BMUs for developers and facility management companies across the country, each one engineered specifically for the building it's installed on.
No two buildings are quite the same when it comes to BMU design — roof geometry, facade type, local wind conditions and building height all shape the final specification. Our engineering team works through detailed load and travel calculations for every project, and we don't reuse a generic design across different buildings just to save time, because that's exactly how safety issues creep in.
Safety systems on our BMUs go through rigorous testing before commissioning — overload cut-offs, anti-tilt protection, emergency lowering mechanisms and proper cradle construction are all checked thoroughly, since these units are meant to keep maintenance workers safe several storeys above ground.
