Getting maintenance crews safely to a building's exterior for cleaning, repair or inspection work requires a facade access system that's properly engineered for that specific structure, not a one-size-fits-all setup. Every project starts with an assessment of the building's facade type, height, roof structure and typical wind exposure, since these factors decide whether a permanently mounted BMU, a mobile davit system, or a suspended platform setup makes the most sense.
