We, "Future Building Equipment Solutions," established in the year 2023, are a Proprietorship-based firm led by our visionary CEO Shikha Singh, dedicated to providing innovative and reliable solutions in the construction and vertical transportation industry.
Over the years our workshop has grown from serving a handful of local clients in Delhi to supplying hydraulic goods lifts to businesses right across Delhi NCR and, further out, to towns and cities in other parts of India. That growth didn't happen because we chased volume — it happened because word travels fast when a lift keeps working long after the warranty period ends.
Each project starts the same way regardless of where the client is based: a site visit or a detailed discussion over call, followed by a design that fits the actual building rather than a catalogue size. Load capacity, platform dimensions, the number of floors and even the type of goods being moved all factor into how we build the hydraulic circuit and choose the motor rating.
We manufacture the structural components ourselves, which keeps quality control tight even as orders come in from further away. Before any unit is dispatched, it goes through mechanical and electrical testing so that installation on site is mostly about assembly and alignment rather than troubleshooting problems that should have been caught earlier.
